The Drextet will be performing at Fellini’s on Friday April 16th.

At a Churrascaria in Curitiba, Parana, I was allowed back in the kitchen where all the cuts of meat were being grilled in a very large oven. We ate everything from filet mignon to chicken hearts, from linguiça to cupim (the hump on the cow). Delicious!!!

Curitiba is a fantastic city with a lot of charm. It is a very European influenced city and people come from across the globe to see how they have dealt with traffic and pollution and urban planning. I go for the caipirinhas and churrascarias. Mmmm……..
